Yes, as we our-self are the manufacturer, all our products are 100% genuine.
Are the product images shown on the website & the colors shown in the image genuine?
We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered items.
Do you give the product guarantee?
Though our products are 100% genuine we can not guarantee the colors & embellishments, because it depends on the way one handles the product & takes care of washing instructions.
What if I receive a damage product or I do not like the product?
All the products are quality checked, but if the product gets damaged in shipping you can return the product and you will get the refund. Unfortunately we do not refund for any dislikes. We recommend you buy the product only if you like it.

For shipping we are dependent on third party i.e. our shipping partners (courier company). We ship only through reputed courier companies.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Order are shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of receipt. It takes 2-7 working days to deliver within India (delivery to metro cities are faster) & 10-15 working days outside India after the order is shipped.

What about the quality of packaging?
All the products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging – please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged – in such events we request you to take the photos of the tampered / damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package and return the package back to the carrier. If you accept such a package it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
COD is available within India. For online payments we are using PayU Money as our payment gateway. For buyers outside India or those having International Cards, Paypal is enabled.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes! We are using the most trusted SSL certificate for our website so that the online transactions are safe.
Are there any payment gateway charges?
There are no charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) & PayU Money payment options. For PayPal payments 3% extra is charged on the cart amount considering the payment gateway charges & currency conversion charges. These charges are non refundable.

How do I place an Order?
Select a product you wish to buy. Add it to the card. In the checkout section fill the address and other relevant information. Select the payment gateway suitable for you and click ‘Place order’. Its done!
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you will need to create an account as all your order details will be displayed in your account. You will be able to see the order status as well as you can track your order.

When do I get the refund?
Refund will be initiated within 4-5 banking days from the date of receipt of the product/s in original condition.
How to ship the return order?
Once we confirm the acceptance of return / exchange kindly pack the product/s along with the original packing roll and bubble wrap in Tamper Proof Courier Polybag provided with the original order. We will arrange for the pickup through our courier partners. The courier label will be sent by email which is needed to be printed & pasted on the parcel. Please be available at the time of pickup.
How Do I Track My Order?
The tracking details will be sent to your by SMS or by email or by both. You can even track your order form ‘orders‘ tab.
How Can I Return or Exchange a Product?
Returns / exchange process must be initiated by you within 24 hours after receipt of the product/s, unfortunately we cannot accept refund / exchange after 24 hours. To initiate a return / exchange kindly go to the ‘ORDERS’ option in ‘MY ACCOUNT’ tab and follow the instructions. Please mention the reason of exchange / return. Fashion Casa reserves the right to refuse return or exchange if found not valid, in such cases the relevant reasoning will be provided to you.
